Crown Codex Distributors › Admin Panel

Crown Codex Admin Helper Team

When more than one person sells Crown Codex for you, the admin side matters. This page covers helper seats and safer password habits.

What this page covers

Helper logins

Give every helper or partner shop an agent login of their own under your panel.

Sharing credits

Move part of your balance to a helper, and pull it back when needed.

Watching activity

See what each helper loaded and cashed out, without asking them.

Admin panel and agent panel

An agent panel handles players. A distributor's admin view handles agents as well, so you manage people one step higher up.

Why separate logins help

When each helper has their own login, a mistake or a lost phone affects only that one account, not your whole business.

Who needs the admin side

If you sell Crown Codex alone, the normal agent panel covers everything. The admin side becomes useful the day you take on a helper, open a second location or agree to supply a friend's shop. From then on you are not just loading players, you are also looking after the people who load players.

Opening a login for a helper

From your distributor panel, choose to create a new agent. Give it a clear name that tells you who it belongs to, such as the helper's first name or the shop's street. Set a starting password and send both to the helper in a private chat. Ask them to change the password on the first sign-in, and remind them that the login is theirs alone.

Keep a short list somewhere safe with each helper's login name and the date you opened it. It sounds old-fashioned, but when you have six helpers it saves real confusion.

Sharing credits with your team

Credits move downward. You transfer part of your balance to a helper's agent login, and they use it to load their own players. If a helper is slow one week, you can pull unused credits back up to your panel and send them to someone busier. Start each helper with a small amount until you know how fast they sell.

Resetting passwords

Helpers forget passwords, and players forget them even more. A distributor can reset a helper's password from the admin view. A helper, in turn, can reset a player's password from their agent panel. Pass a reset password along in a one-to-one chat only, and have the person replace it with their own right away.

Protecting your balance

  • Use a password for Crown Codex that you do not use for email or social media.
  • Only open the panel from your bookmark, never from a link someone sends you.
  • Do not let two people share one login.
  • Turn off a helper's login on the same day they stop working with you.
  • Check your team's history once a week, even when nothing seems wrong.

Reading your team's records

The history view shows what each helper did and when. Look for patterns rather than single lines: a helper who loads a lot but rarely cashes out, or one whose numbers suddenly jump. Most of the time there is a simple reason, but a weekly look means you catch real problems early.

When something goes wrong

If you think a login has been used by someone else, change its password at once and pull its credits back to your panel. Then message us with the login name and what you noticed. We reply as people, not a ticket number, and we will help you sort it out. For the everyday screens, see the backend guide. If you are still deciding on a level, the distributor page lays out the options.

Admin Panel questions

Can a helper see my whole team?

No. Each agent login only shows its own players. Only the distributor sees every helper.

How many helper logins can I open?

Ask us about your plan. Most distributors start with a few and add more as sales grow.

Can I take credits back from a helper?

Yes. You can pull unused credits from a helper's login back to your own panel.

What if a helper leaves?

Change the login's password or turn it off, and move any leftover credits back to yourself.

Do I need the admin side as a single agent?

No. A single agent only needs the normal agent panel.
