What an API is, simply put
An API is a way for two programs to talk. Your site or bot sends a request, the game system replies, and the job is done without a person clicking buttons.
Do I need it?
Not on day one. Most agents start with the normal panel. Integration makes sense once manual loading takes up too much of your day.

What integration can do for you
With Crown Codex linked to your own system, the routine jobs can happen on their own. A player fills in a form on your website and receives a username. A player pays through your bot and the credits arrive in their account. A player asks "what is my balance?" and the bot answers. You stay in charge, but you stop being the person who types every number.
Common setups
Website sign-up
You add a sign-up form to your site. When a player completes it, your site asks the system to create a Crown Codex account and shows the player their login details. No waiting for you to wake up.
Chat bot reloads
Many agents already take orders on WhatsApp or Telegram. A bot can sit in that chat, check that a payment arrived, and then load the right amount to the right player.
Balance and history lookups
Players often message just to ask their balance. A bot that reads it for them cuts a lot of small talk out of your day.
How the setup works with us

- We set up your Crown Codex panel first, so you have a working account to connect.

Keeping it safe
- Keep any access keys on your server, never inside a public web page.
- Start with a low limit on automatic loads and raise it slowly.
- Check the panel history every day during the first weeks.
- Keep a way to switch automation off quickly if something looks wrong.
What it does not change
Integration does not change how you buy credits. Your balance is still prepaid, and you still top up through us as described on the buy credits page. It also does not change the levels: a distributor can still open helper logins as covered in the admin panel guide.
