Crown Codex Distributor Levels
A Crown Codex distributor holds the top panel and supplies agents below. This page explains levels and why the empty login comes before payment.
What this page covers
Three levels
Agent, sub-distributor and distributor, each with a different reach.
Start with an empty panel
Test the top level for free before you put any money in.
Grow at your pace
Add helpers one by one as your player list grows.
Is a distributor panel right for me?
It suits people who want to supply other sellers. If you only plan to serve your own players, an agent login is simpler.
Former AceBook distributors
Crown Codex replaced AceBook for new top-ups, so your agents and players can move across with little fuss.

The three levels, side by side
Agent. One login, one player list. Every player sign-up, top-up and payout is handled by you. Up to 60% holding on Crown Codex. Most new sellers begin at this level.
Sub-distributor. A middle step. You sit under a distributor and look after a small group of agents. Good for someone who helps a larger seller and wants a few agents of their own.
Distributor. The top of the tree. You open agent logins, pass credits down and see everyone's activity. Up to 60% holding on Crown Codex applies here too, with your share set by order size.
How to start
- Write to us asking for a Crown Codex distributor panel.
- We open the panel empty, so you can test it for free.
- Create one sample agent and one sample player to see how credits flow.
- Ask for the price for your first order size.
- Prepay, receive your credits and open your first real helper login.

Your first two weeks
Week one is about learning. Run the panel yourself, serve a few players directly and get used to loading, cashing out and reading the history. Do not hand out helper logins until you are comfortable doing every step without thinking.
Week two is about one helper. Pick someone you trust, open their agent login, give them a small balance and watch how they work. Check their history every couple of days. Once they are steady, you can think about a second helper or a partner shop.
How much money do I need to begin?
There is no fixed answer, because it depends on how many players you expect and how often you can reorder. We would rather you start small and top up often than buy a big balance you cannot move. Tell us your plans in chat and we will suggest a sensible first order.
Moving players over from AceBook
Since Crown Codex took over from AceBook for new purchases, some distributors are moving whole teams across. The easiest way is to open the new Crown Codex logins first, test them, then message your agents with their new details in one go. Tell players the lobby is the new home of the game they know, and point them to the daily bonus chest so their first visit feels like a welcome.
What we do for distributors
- Open your panel and any helper logins you ask for.
- Load your prepaid credits after payment is confirmed.
- Answer questions about the panel, the lobby and your team.
- Help a developer if you want to link Crown Codex to a site or bot, see the API page.
For the day-to-day screens, read the backend guide. For helper safety, see the admin panel guide. When you are ready to order, the credits page explains each step.
Become a Distributor questions
What does a Crown Codex distributor do?
It is the person at the head of the Crown Codex tree. They create logins for agents beneath them and keep those agents stocked with prepaid credits.
Can I start as an agent and upgrade later?
Yes. Many sellers begin as agents and move up once they have helpers. Your players stay where they are.
Do I get a test panel as a distributor?
Yes. Every level starts with an empty login to try for free.
Is the holding the same at every level?
Holding can reach 60% on Crown Codex. Your precise figure is tied to level and volume, and we settle it with you by message.
Where are you based?
Nowhere in particular. Our whole service runs online for agents and stores worldwide.
